You're not broken.
This is where we slow things down. Not to analyse you. Not to label you. But to gently understand what's been carrying you, and what no longer needs to.

I'm Emma, a therapist and transformation facilitator.
My work blends person-centred counselling with integrative belief work and nervous system awareness. Structured, but never rushed. Deep, but never forced.
Sessions are client-led. We move at your pace, whether that's exploring patterns and emotional history, or working directly with the subconscious beliefs shaping your experience right now.
The aim isn't to fix you. It's to reconnect you with the version of yourself that feels steady, clear and grounded.
You don't have to arrive knowing exactly what you need.
