These sessions blend person-centred counselling with nervous system awareness and integrative belief work. We might explore emotional patterns, life transitions, stress responses, or areas where you feel stuck.
This is the foundation of my work. Other modalities are gently integrated depending on your needs and suitability.

A structured, multi-session process designed to uncover and work through the belief patterns driving a specific block or recurring pattern.
This container allows space for deeper integration and continuity. We explore not only what’s happening but why, and gently shift what no longer serves.
The Journey Home begins with an Integrative Therapy Session. If appropriate, we then design a tailored multi-session pathway together.
This is for those who feel ready to commit to a deeper unfolding.

All sessions are currently offered online via secure video call.
Working online allows you to remain in your own space, comfortable, private, and undisturbed. For many clients, this supports deeper regulation and ease.
